On the bright side, the customer service was amazing, giving me warm fuzzy feelings, but there were some issues with housekeeping hours and a demand for proof of stolen items. The location, right by the highway, was convenient for reaching different places, despite the older property and a rude manager. The dining experience was adequate, offering a decent selection of breakfast items. Overall, the hotel had its positive and negative points.
